Black Friday, I'm in love
Lovers of shopping and Christmas gifts, get ready: Black Friday is almost here.
This year the so-called ‘black Friday’, which by tradition falls on the day after Thanksgiving in the United States, lands on Friday 23 November.
We hear about it often, especially since the ritual has taken hold in Italy too in recent years. But how many of you know the story behind this day of wild spending and frantic dashes?

The origin of the name is uncertain. One theory credits the unbearable traffic that floods the streets of Philadelphia that day. Another version points to merchants' accounting books: with that day they begin a profitable stretch of sales, so they stop using red ink and switch to black.
What is certain is that it was the Macy's chain, back in 1924, that started this tradition, which only became famous in the United States in the eighties and then, little by little, spread to many countries around the world.
The record was the Black Friday of 2013, when 57.4 billion dollars in purchases were recorded in the United States in a single day, by more than eighty million people.
In Italy, for better or worse, it's still hard to witness the squabbles over the last sizes and the endless checkout queues at department stores the way you do in America. But in our country, as in many others, you can take advantage of the incredible promotions that the world of online retail offers. And we are among them.

In fact, from Friday 16 to Sunday 25 November, a 10% discount will be active on the whole collection with the code BLACK10.
