Men's 100% merino wool crewneck
Complete the look

- 100% extra-fine merino wool
- Fine 2/48,000 yarn: light, from spring and autumn through to winter
Knitted in two-ply yarn – what this means
The yarn is not one strand but two, twisted around each other. A two-ply yarn is more stable in the wash, holds its shape and pills less than a single-ply yarn. Our factory
- Regular fit
- 100% Made in Italy
Wool certified RWS – Responsible Wool Standard – what this means
The Responsible Wool Standard is an international standard for sheep welfare and grazing land management: it prohibits mulesing and follows the wool through the whole chain, from the farm to the spinning mill. It covers the wool, not the finished garment: we buy certified yarns and knit them in our family's factory in Prato.
Yarn certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 – what this means
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a laboratory test for harmful substances: the yarn is tested and has to come back free of chemical residues that are hazardous to skin, against limits stricter than the law requires. The certification covers the yarn, not the finished garment: we buy certified yarns and knit them in our family's factory in Prato.
Which size should I take in this crewneck?
The fit is regular: we suggest the size you usually wear. It runs S to 3XL, in Italian sizing; the size page gives the chest, shoulder and length measurements.
How do I wash a merino wool crewneck?
By hand, in lukewarm water and never above 30°C, with a wool detergent. Don't wring it: press the water out with a towel and dry it flat.
Does merino wool itch?
Extra-fine merino has a finer fibre than ordinary wool, and it can be worn straight against the skin.
Is there anything to pay on delivery?
No. The price includes VAT and any import charges, and we take care of customs ourselves, so there is nothing to pay the courier when it arrives. It ships free from Italy by FedEx, in 2–5 working days.
What if it doesn't fit?
Free returns within 30 days. One free return per order: a second return on the same order is sent back at your own cost, and nothing is deducted from the refund. Orders placed in November and December can be returned until 31 January.

A men's crewneck in pure merino wool, in plain knit with no other detail: under a jacket, or on its own over a shirt. The fine yarn keeps it light, so it works from spring and autumn through to winter. In green, over a checked shirt with beige chinos; in blue, under a grey blazer.
The yarn is a very fine 2/48,000 count: two strands twisted together, each measuring 48,000 metres per kilo of wool. The higher the number, the finer the strand; the two-ply twist holds its shape better through washing and pills less than a single strand. Knitted in our family's factory in Prato, in the Tuscan textile district.
