How do I wash it?
By hand, or on the wool or delicate cycle at 30°C. Don't wring it: press the water out with a towel and dry it flat.

Is there anything to pay on delivery?
No. The price includes VAT and any import charges, and we take care of customs ourselves, so there is nothing to pay the courier when it arrives. It ships free from Italy by FedEx, in 2–5 working days.
